How many dogs can be on one membership?
All dogs from your family are included in the membership.
Is a membership required?
No. Non-members are allowed to visit/stay but are subject to an additional $10 / calendar day.
Why a membership?
Dogs that come regularly are more comfortable, have more fun, and spend more time living their best life! A monthly membership is a commitment to your pup & us!
Can I book online?
Yes! Members can book boarding reservations online and get priority holiday booking.
Can I drop off early or pick up late?
Members have access to one of our two early drop off & late pickup rooms.
What is a guest pass?
If you bring in a friend/family member who has their own dog, they can visit without paying the additional $10 / day non-member fee.
What is the members discount for dog wash?
Small/medium/large dogs are $35 (instead of $45 for non-members)
Can I cancel my membership?
You're welcome to cancel your membership at any time.
Can I re-activate my membership?
Reactivating a membership is subject to a $100 reactivation fee.
