What days are you open for daycare?
Daycare, or "Group Play" is available Monday - Thursday from 7:30am - 6:00pm. Members are asked to bring pup's on consistent days of the week by setting weekly-reserved daycare.
How much does daycare cost?
Daycare is $30 per day when you have weekly-reserved daycare. Additional dogs may attend daycare for an additional $15 / day.
What if I need to drop-in for an unexpected day I'm not reserved for?
If you need to visit on an unscheduled daycare day, there is a $10 drop-in fee. Our goal is to keep our group sizes consistent & contact with unfamiliar dogs limited.
What if I can't visit on a day I've reserved?
We have an allowance for missing a reserved daycare visit. If that allowance is exceeded, we kindly ask that you un-reserve those days to make them available for another guest.
Do you separate dogs by size?
Dogs are separated primarily by size, but also by play style.
Where do they go the bathroom?
We have outdoor turf areas for bathroom use.
Do I need to bring lunch?
If your pup usually eats lunch, you're welcome to bring it.
Do they play with toys?
In our experience toys can lead to altercations so we do not play with toys unless your pup is boarding.
Is there someone always with the dogs?
Yes, our pups are supervised at all times.
If my dog is staying the night, can they still do group daycare?
As long as your pup was approved for group daycare they are able to play during daycare hours with the other dogs.
What are some reasons my dog wouldn't be a good fit for daycare?
If we believe they are at a high-risk for altercations or injury, excessive barking, fence aggressive, dominant, obsessive, reactive, territorial.
What do I need to bring?
Make sure your pup is wearing a collar and has adequate food for their stay. You're welcome to bring your own beds, blankets, toys & treats.
How old does my pup have to be to attend daycare?
Your pup must be a minimum of 12 weeks and through all rounds of rabies, dhpp & bordetella vaccines.
