How much does boarding cost?
Boarding rates start at $60 / night for members. Additional dogs are an
extra $30 / night. Non-members are subject to an additional $10 / day
fee.
What time is checkout?
For guests staying more than 1 night, checkout anytime before 6:00pm for
no additional daycare costs. For one night stays only, checkouts after
11am will be charged for a day of daycare.
What do I need to bring?
At a minimum, we ask you bring enough food for your pups stay. You're
welcome to bring your own bed, blankets, toys & treats.
Where do they sleep?
All of our kennels are 5' x 15', which is a large enough space for
multiple dogs from the same family to stay.
Can my dogs sleep in the same room?
Most dogs from the same family sleep together. We can also accommodate
separate rooms upon request. A separate room fee may apply.
How long are they in a room?
All pups are tucked in for bed when we close by 6:00pm. The night crew
lets them out again in the late evening. We arrive at 6:30am to let pups
out for their morning bathroom rotation.
If my dog is staying the night, can they still do group play?
As long as your pup was approved for group play, they are able to play
during open hours with the other dogs Monday - Thursday.
What are some reasons my dog wouldn't be allowed to stay overnight?
We must be able to approach, feed, and have positive interactions with
your pup. If they can't do these things, or demonstrate significant
discomfort we simply won't put them through our process.
Do you give medication
If your pup requires medications, we'll make every effort to ensure they
take their medication. However, we will not put our fingers in their
mouth or administer shots.
Is the room temperature controlled?
Yes, the entire facility is heated & cooled year round to provide
ultimate comfort.
What happens if my dog has an emergency?
We'll contact you and make arrangements with your normal veterinarian.
If they are unavailable, we will use a 24/7 emergency vet.
